Weather Stations Shipping & Payment Policy
No goods will be shipped until all payment has been cleared in our bank account. This applies to all payment methods unless prior arrangements have been made with the Weather Stations (BoztekSolutions) Management. Orders are sent by Couries Please, Regular or Express Parcel Post. All goods at customers own risk immediately upon dispatch.

Weather Stations Online Pricing
All pricing found on the Weather Stations Online Shop do not reflect pricing in our retail store ( Boztek Solutions ). To take advantage of our online pricing you must purchase online and not directly from our retail shop unless prior arrangements have been made with the Weather Stations (BoztekSolutions) Management.

Delivery Time
When you place an order with Weather Stations (BoztekSolutions), we provide and estimated shipping and delivery time based on the availability of your merchandise and the shipping option you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form.

Flat Rate & Per Item Shipping
Both shipping methods use "Couriers Please" and are normally same day delivery within the Sydney area. Weather Stations (BoztekSolutions) takes no responsibility for delays, lost, stolen and or damage goods while in transit with Couriers Please. Weather Stations (BoztekSolutions) may change without notice Couriers Please pricing to come into line with any price increase Couriers Please may inform us of. You can specify your Courier for pickups in the "Shipping Comments Section" when purchasing from the Weather Stations Online Shop or use the "Pick Up From Shop" option to use your own Courier.

Pick Up From Shop
This option may be used when you the named party on the purchase order wish to pickup in person the ordered item from the Weather Stations (BoztekSolutions) Shop. This option may also be used if you wish to use your own Courier Service. Please indicate and state in the comments section the Courier Company you will be using when you place your order. Weather Stations (BoztekSolutions) takes no responsibility for lost, stolen and or damage goods while in transit with your preferred Courier Company.

Parcel Post
Weather Stations (BoztekSolutions) takes no responsibility for delays, lost, stolen and or damage goods while in transit with Australian Post. Weather Stations (BoztekSolutions) may change without notice Australian Post pricing to come into line with any price increase Australian Post may inform us of.

Express Post
Weather Stations (BoztekSolutions) takes no responsibility for delays, lost, stolen and or damage goods while in transit with Australian Post. Weather Stations (BoztekSolutions) may change without notice Australian Post pricing to come into line with any price increase Australian Post may inform us of.

Weather Stations Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by Weather Stations (BoztekSolutions) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you did not order the item or it was Faulty, Weather Stations (BoztekSolutions) will except the item back - call first.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any DVD or CD-Rom or 3.5" disk Software / Blank Media that has been opened - taken out of its plastic wrap.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any books that have been autographed to someone or a particular group.

Refunds
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Weather Stations (BoztekSolutions). We will contact you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item. If a refund is due, it will be done in the same form of payment originally used for purchase and within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error and we covered return shipping costs, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. Goods returned in original unopened cartons are subject to minimum restocking charge of 20%
